Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data the XFix Service Center website collects, why, and how long we keep it.

Who we are

The callback form

When you leave a request on the site, we receive:

  • your phone number (required) and, if you give them, your name, your device and model, a description of the problem and how you'd like us to contact you;
  • the page you sent the request from and the time you agreed to be contacted;
  • how you first came to the site: the first page you opened, the site that sent you, and any campaign tags in the link.

We use this only to contact you about your request and to see which pages and campaigns bring requests. Our staff receive each request by email (sent through the Resend service) and in a Telegram chat. We don't sell your data or pass it to anyone for advertising.

To protect the form from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is filling it in; Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser details for this check. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated requests, and we don't store it.

How long we keep it

Twelve months after your request is closed, we delete your name, phone number and message. For statistics we keep only what can't identify you: the device type, the service, the language, the date and the campaign tags.

Analytics and cookies

  • We use Google Analytics to count visits, clicks on the call, message and directions buttons, and sent requests (without what you wrote). Google sets its own cookies for this, and the data is kept for 14 months.
  • Our own cookie, xf_ft, remembers for 90 days the first page you opened, the site that sent you and any campaign tags, so a request can show where it came from. It holds no personal data.
  • If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser only.

Google Maps

The contact page shows a Google map. It loads from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details.

Where the data is kept

The website runs on servers in the European Union, behind Cloudflare. Backups are encrypted and kept in the European Union.

Your devices

When you bring a device in for repair, we never reset it or look at your files unless you ask us to.
