Before the repair
Bring the glasses with their charging case, and unpair them in the Meta AI app first. We check what's wrong, tell you the exact price and only start once you say yes.
Parts and warranty
We use original parts, either new or taken from other glasses. Repairs come with a 6-month warranty, written on the receipt.
After the repair
We check that everything works, including charging from the case, and clean the glasses.
We're an independent repair service: we aren't affiliated with Meta, Ray-Ban or Oakley, and we aren't their authorized service.
Frequently asked questions
Do you give a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Repairs with original parts come with a warranty from 6 months; the exact period depends on the part and the repair, and is written on the receipt. It covers defects in materials and workmanship, but not drops, water damage, or a device someone else has opened. Quality copies and the affordable option have no warranty.
Is diagnosis free?
Yes, when you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to, diagnosis costs 3,000 ֏ for a phone and from 3,000 ֏ for more complex devices. You always get the exact price before any work starts.
Can I send my device by courier?
Yes, you can send it to us by courier yourself.
