What the warranty covers

When we replace a part with an original, the repair comes with a warranty from 6 months. The exact period depends on the part and the repair, and it's written on your receipt. The warranty covers defects in the part and in our work.

No warranty on quality copies or the affordable option

Repairs with a quality copy or the affordable option come without a warranty. You choose the part before the repair starts, so you always know whether there will be one.

When the warranty doesn't apply

• The device was dropped or physically damaged after the repair
• The device got wet
• Someone else opened the device

If something goes wrong

Keep your receipt: you need it for a warranty repair. If the part we replaced turns out to be faulty during the warranty period, contact us and bring the device in with the receipt.

We check the device first to see whether the problem is covered by the warranty. How long a warranty repair takes depends on the problem, but we aim to finish it as quickly as possible, usually within a few days.
