Galaxy S, Z Fold and Z Flip
Most of the Samsung phones we repair are from the Galaxy S series, along with the Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip foldables. On foldables we replace the screen and repair the hinge. We also repair cameras, camera glass, speakers and buttons; for these, you get the price once we've looked at the phone.
Original part, quality copy or affordable option
When a part is replaced, we offer three options:
- Original: made by the manufacturer; it may perform better and last longer. Warranty from 6 months.
- Quality copy: a reliable part from another maker that may not match the original in every aspect. No warranty.
- Affordable option: a working part at the lowest price, of lower quality than a quality copy. No warranty.
After a battery replacement, a Samsung shows no errors with an original or a quality copy. The "from" prices on this site are with original parts.
How long a repair takes
Typical times when you've called or messaged ahead and the part is ready:
- screen or battery replacement: 1-2 hours
- back glass replacement: 2-3 hours
- charging port repair: 3-4 hours
- water damage and motherboard repair: 3-4 hours to several days, depending on the damage
If you walk in without calling, the wait depends on the day's schedule.
What every repair includes
- After the repair, we test every function of the phone.
- We clean the device.
- We never reset the phone or look at your files unless you ask us to.
- Sometimes we need your passcode to check that everything works.
- If you'd like the old part back, we give it to you.
Diagnosis
Diagnosis is free when you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to, diagnosis of a phone costs 3,000 ֏. It takes from 30 minutes to 2-3 days, depending on how complex the problem is.

What happens to my data during the repair?
We never reset the device or look at your files unless you ask us to. Sometimes we need your passcode to check that everything works properly after the repair.
