The price and the time depend on the model and the problem. Once we've looked at the phone, we give you an estimate of both, and you always get the exact price before any work starts.

How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are done the same day; complex ones can take longer. It's fastest if you call or message ahead so we can have the part ready. If you walk in, the wait depends on the day's schedule.
What's the difference between an original part, a quality copy and the affordable option?
An original part is made by the manufacturer and may perform better and last longer. A quality copy is a reliable part from another maker that may not match the original in every aspect. The affordable option is a working part at the lowest price, of lower quality than a quality copy. Only originals come with a warranty, and the "from" prices on this site are with original parts.
Do you give a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Repairs with original parts come with a warranty from 6 months; the exact period depends on the part and the repair, and is written on the receipt. It covers defects in materials and workmanship, but not drops, water damage, or a device someone else has opened. Quality copies and the affordable option have no warranty.
Is diagnosis free?
Yes, when you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to, diagnosis costs 3,000 ֏ for a phone and from 3,000 ֏ for more complex devices. You always get the exact price before any work starts.
What happens to my data during the repair?
We never reset the device or look at your files unless you ask us to. Sometimes we need your passcode to check that everything works properly after the repair.
Can I send my device by courier?
Yes, you can send it to us by courier yourself.
