Original part, quality copy or affordable option
When a part is replaced, we offer three options:
- Original: made by the manufacturer; it may perform better and last longer. Warranty from 6 months.
- Quality copy: a reliable part from another maker that may not match the original in every aspect. No warranty.
- Affordable option: a working part at the lowest price, of lower quality than a quality copy. No warranty.
After a battery replacement, a MacBook shows no errors with an original or a quality copy, and after a screen replacement True Tone works properly with an original screen. The "from" prices on this site are with original parts.
How long a repair takes
Typical times when you've called or messaged ahead and the part is ready:
- screen or battery replacement, cleaning and new thermal paste: 1-2 hours
- charging port or touchpad replacement: 3-4 hours
- keyboard replacement: 4-6 hours
- macOS reinstall: 1-2 days
- water damage and motherboard repair: 3-4 hours to several days, depending on the damage
If you walk in without calling, the wait depends on the day's schedule.
iMac
For iMacs we do the same kinds of work as for MacBooks: screen replacement, water damage and motherboard repair, cleaning with new thermal paste, and macOS reinstalls, at the same "from" prices as for MacBook.
We also repair or replace the iMac's power supply (for example when the iMac won't turn on): from 10,000 ֏, usually in about an hour. On models that allow it, we replace or upgrade the drive (HDD or SSD) and the memory: from 30,000 ֏, from 1 day.
We repair Magic Keyboard, Magic Trackpad and Magic Mouse too: from 10,000 ֏, from 1 day.
What every repair includes
- After the repair, we test every function of the device.
- We clean the device.
- We never reset the device or look at your files unless you ask us to.
- Sometimes we need your password to check that everything works.
- If you'd like the old part back, we give it to you.
Diagnosis
Diagnosis is free when you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to, diagnosis of a laptop costs from 3,000 ֏. It takes from 30 minutes to 2-3 days, depending on how complex the problem is.

It covers defects in materials and workmanship, but not drops, water damage, or a device someone else has opened. Quality copies and the affordable option have no warranty.
Is diagnosis free?
Yes, when you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to, diagnosis costs 3,000 ֏ for a phone and from 3,000 ֏ for more complex devices. You always get the exact price before any work starts.
What happens to my data during the repair?
We never reset the device or look at your files unless you ask us to. Sometimes we need your passcode to check that everything works properly after the repair.
Can I send my device by courier?
Yes, you can send it to us by courier yourself.
