• An earbud that's gone silent: from 10,000 ֏, 1 day
• Microphone: from 10,000 ֏, 3-6 hours
• Over-ear headphones: cushions, headband or hinge: from 5,000 ֏, 2-3 hours
• Distorted sound or connection problems: from 10,000 ֏, 1 day

The final price depends on the problem and the model: we confirm it once we've looked at them, always before any work starts. Diagnosis is free when you go ahead with the repair; if you decide not to, it costs from 3,000 ֏.

Original part, quality copy or affordable option

When a part is replaced, we offer three options (for AirPods, original only):

• Original: made by the manufacturer; it may perform better and last longer. Warranty from 6 months.
• Quality copy: a reliable part from another maker that may not match the original in every aspect. No warranty.
• Affordable option: a working part at the lowest price, of lower quality than a quality copy. No warranty.

What every repair includes

• After the repair, we test every function of the headphones.
• We clean the device.
• If you'd like the old part back, we give it to you.
