The specialists are highly knowledgeable and polite, they cleaned out a completely choked cooling fan and flawlessly installed premium Honeywell PTM7950 phase-change materials for a incredibly fair price. They even let me input my password and monitor the final stress test directly at the front desk to ensure my data was safe. Temperatures are now perfectly cool and the fan is completely silent. Excellent service! And all this took about 1-1,5 hour. I’m already planning to bring it back at the end of summer to have them replace the battery next. Highly recommended!

Original part, quality copy or affordable option
When a part is replaced, we offer three options:
- Original: made by the manufacturer; it may perform better and last longer. Warranty from 6 months.
- Quality copy: a reliable part from another maker that may not match the original in every aspect. No warranty.
- Affordable option: a working part at the lowest price, of lower quality than a quality copy. No warranty.
After a battery replacement, a laptop shows no errors with an original or a quality copy, and after a screen replacement the refresh rate (Hz) stays the same. The "from" prices on this site are with original parts.
How long a repair takes
Typical times when you've called or messaged ahead and the part is ready:
- screen or battery replacement, cleaning and new thermal paste: 1-2 hours
- keyboard replacement, charging port repair: 4-6 hours
- Windows reinstall: 1-2 days
- water damage and motherboard repair: 3-4 hours to several days, depending on the damage
If you walk in without calling, the wait depends on the day's schedule.
What every repair includes
- After the repair, we test every function of the laptop.
- We clean the device.
- We never reset the laptop or look at your files unless you ask us to.
- Sometimes we need your password to check that everything works.
- If you'd like the old part back, we give it to you.

Diagnosis is free when you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to, diagnosis of a laptop costs from 3,000 ֏. It takes from 30 minutes to 2-3 days, depending on how complex the problem is.

It covers defects in materials and workmanship, but not drops, water damage, or a device someone else has opened. Quality copies and the affordable option have no warranty.
Is diagnosis free?
Yes, when you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to, diagnosis costs 3,000 ֏ for a phone and from 3,000 ֏ for more complex devices. You always get the exact price before any work starts.
What happens to my data during the repair?
We never reset the device or look at your files unless you ask us to. Sometimes we need your passcode to check that everything works properly after the repair.
Can I send my device by courier?
Yes, you can send it to us by courier yourself.
